A current directory of first, second and third generation descendants is being compiled.
Our group is comprised of approximately 30 second generation members from all over the world. Some of the places include Norway, Scotland, Tennessee, Rhode Island, New York, New Jersey, Virginia, Ohio, Washington D.C., California, Missouri, Georgia, Maryland, Maine and Pennsylvania.
This directory is available to all members of the group. If an outside entity wishes to contact the entire group, please e-mail your request by clicking below. Please state who you are and for what purpose you would like to contact our members. In appropriate cases, we will allow you to contact our members by placing your request in our newsletter.
In 1945, several Augsburgers compiled a list of over 450 Jews who were transported from Augsburg to their death in the camps. The list includes their names (maiden names) and the date of the transport. We also have an indication of the camp destination for some major transport dates.
The earliest date is July 16, 1940, and the last is October 28, 1944. To the best of our knowledge, none survived. This list does NOT include the names of those who were interned in camps after Kristallnacht, but who were allowed to emigrate outside Germany and who survived.
